Bargain Corner Fire Causes Major Jeans Blaze at Winchester Mall
Fire officials say an electrical short caused a blaze at Bargain Corner on Winchester's Loudoun Mall. Five city units fought the flames from 6:08 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., with about 15,000 dollars in structural damage and a flashover sending smoke over 100,000 pairs of jeans. Firefighter Keith Farrell was treated and released.
