A 16 ton truck carrying natural uranium hexafluoride overturned on Interstate 81 near Strasburg. The canister remained intact and was later reloaded for transport to Oak Ridge Tennessee. U S fighter bombers pounded the Hanoi Haiphong complex with barracks depots and maintenance facilities hit four to five miles west of Hanoi and a fuel depot near Haiphong.
