Rogers and a man from Tyomen were arrested after a fire and robbery spree. They were taken to court by Sheriff and Deputy, held on a charge of breaking into a shop at Lacey Springs and stealing five tires found in their possession. They denied involvement and claimed to be hired to haul gear by Dave Philips.
Two men gave names as officers checked information about a stolen five here. Chief of Police and officers in Y and Mre 8, along with Derah, reported friends had left the auto by the river bank near Ferry, West Virginia. The car, identified, was turned over to Moler at noon today by Chief Doran. Mr and Mrs Moler left for Martinsburg as word spread that recovery was offered.

Olmstead cashier of the First National Bank of Union Bridge Maryland pleaded guilty to embezzling 4080 in cash and 36700 in Liberty bonds He was arraigned before US Commissioner Gupplee in Baltimore and held in 15000 bail pending grand jury action The bank closed after the shortage was found and Olmstead was arrested early today by deputy marshals
