Sam Reeves of the City Water and Sewer Department said the break matched the July 13 collapse that tore a 30 foot hole in the road. About 5 000 gallons spilled before the line was shut off. An emergency hookup will feed the filling station. Repairs start tomorrow. The line, installed by M S Hudgins of Roanoke, is guaranteed until December 1.
