Stanley Leon Putnam, 15, son of Mr and Mrs Allen L Putnam, died at Winchester Memorial Hospital after a motorscooter sideswiped a car on Route 631 about 2 12 miles west of Stephens City. The door handle pierced his head and he died an hour and 25 minutes after admission. A coroner's inquest was planned. funeral services set for 2 p m at the Stephens City Lutheran church with Rev.
