Mrs. J. Scott Parrish wife of a Richmond industrialist died today of a heart attack at Blowing Rock North Carolina where she had spent summers with her husband. She was 68. She married Parrish December 6, 1893 and was active as a longtime Richmond YWCA leader and past president of the James River Garden Club. She belonged to St. Giles Presbyterian Church and led the Women’s Guild for years.
