Milk price hike prompts state legal action and council study
Virginia lawmakers vow court action to rollback retail milk increases adopted by the Virginia Milk Commission as school cafeterias face higher prices. A Bateman study commission will convene in August to examine the commission's powers and consider legislative remedies for dairy pricing.
