Funeral services for Frank G. Walter a long time Winchester businessman were conducted at his home on South Cameron Street by Rev. Dr. F T McFaden. Masonic rites escorted the body to Mount Hebron Cemetery with interment in the family lot. Active pallbearers were William S Smith George F Norton Harry M Seabright Jr Gus Chambers Meyer Hamburger and Mr Martin. Honorary pallbearers included Phil H Gold John C Gold Frank B Crawford Maurice M Lynch J H Yost and Dr A D Henkel. Walter was the oldest Mason in Winchester a Hiram Lodge member for about 66 years.

Driver of Car Which Hit Stuart To Be Arraigned
Formal charges were docketed today against Robert C. Dockery of Kansas City Missouri for striking John Stuart on the Berryville pike as he stood by a parked car. Authorities say Dockery operated the car under the influence of liquor and he has been jailed since the accident. Stuart was not as badly injured as first feared and left the hospital on Tuesday.
