A July 14 crash on Route 50 near Paris Fauquier County led to a charge of reckless driving as two cars collided in rain. Mrs Daniel C Sands died from an intracranial hemorrhage while other occupants, including Theodore Winthrall and Mrs Alpha Winthrall, were injured.
