Putnam Connecticut July 21 Two Putnam boys were knocked from their bicycles and badly injured by a car driven by Audrey Gray 21 debutante of Locust Valley Long Island. Miss Gray held on bail $1500 charged with reckless driving and evading responsibility. A 42 voice chorus of colored singers will perform in Winchester on Friday August 4 1939 at 730 pm in Wings Over Jordan. Rev John Wesley Langford of John Mann Methodist Church says the Service Guild sponsors the program and the group comes with CBS and Columbia Network credentials.
