Begin Tomorrow On Wick Street Progress On Road Work

Pennsylvania Railway and Winchester city signed an agreement to begin Wick Street construction from Fairmont to Cameron tomorrow. Civic Leader J. W. Sibert Dies at 76 in Winchester

J. W. Sibert longtime Winchester civic figure died at Memorial Hospital at age 76 after a three month illness. native of Winchester and jewelry merchant by trade he served over 30 years as fire chief guiding the department through much of his life. He was a cousin of canal builder William Luther Sibert and left a widow and family.
