In Frederick County Virginia a chancery suit by Eric S. Gordon Thornton seeks partition of real and personal property under the Washington will. Non resident defendants R S Thornton and Sallie French must appear within ten days of publication. Order requires weekly notice in The Evening Star for four weeks and mailing to non residents.
