Gag Order Reported in Dutton Case
An order bars public comments in the trial of Albert Dutton Jr. 29 accused of beating Dora Elizabeth Dutton 32 to death at Salvation Army headquarters. Judge Joshua Robinson has not ruled on venue or other motions as jurors are to be questioned before the trial begins next Tuesday.
