Court awards reimbursement to keeper of bull in land dispute
In a Circuit Court case between J D Ginn and E B Kitchen Judge Whiting ruled Kitchen was entitled to recover his keep and care for a bull in his possession and held a lien until paid. The judge fixed the debt at 25 dollars and entered judgment for Kitchen. Ginn paid in court and the bull was returned. costs including sheriff charges were ordered paid.
