A reward is posted for his recapture. He was sent from Warren County Virginia and had served just over three months. He was involved in the Warwick area robbery where a shotgun was fired at the pursuer. his accomplices received long terms.

The Commercial and Savings Bank began distributing Uncle Sam’s new paper currency at 9 30 with $10 000 in denominations of 20 10 5 and 1. Supply was limited and the full amount would have sold out quickly. Shipments to national banks were delayed by a Martinsburg West Virginia mix up.
