Reverend George T. Tyler Dies in Baltimore at 76
The Rev. George Thomas Tyler longtime Baltimore Conference minister of the Methodist Episcopal Church South died Sunday at his Fairmont Avenue home after a brief illness during last week's heat wave. He retired less than a year ago after about fifty years in service. Survived by a widow seven sons and two daughters and a brother and a sister. The funeral is set for Wednesday at Braddock Street M E Church South with private interment at Mount Hebron Cemetery. Six sons will serve as pallbearers.
