Frederick County Planners Deny Home for Adults Permit
The Frederick County Planning Commission unanimously denied a conditional use permit for Mrs. Adam Myers to operate a four patient home for adults. The panel cited state sprinkler requirements and delays in water line work as factors in the decision. Myers planned to house three patients without a permit and to adjust to three if needed.
