Tuberculosis Society Issues Large Seal Order in Virginia
The Virginia Tuberculosis Association placed an 18 million Christmas Seals order with the National Association, totaling over 50 000 in sales. This year’s seal features a diamond shape with Santa Claus and two children as the design. The society plans to establish permanent tuberculosis organizations in every county starting July to oversee seal sales and local programs. Elmer T Hicks and wife departed for Willard Ohio after visiting relatives Mrs Bott and Mrs Miller.

Public sale of desirable country place in Frederic County
Special Commissioners announce a public auction on July 23 1921 at 11 a m at the County Court House in Winchester Va for a two acre more or less parcel on the Middle road adjoining Ginn and others. The property features a two story frame dwelling and an apple orchard with interplanted peach trees. Sale terms: one third cash, balance secured by two notes due one and two years from sale with 6 percent interest, and a trust deed and fire policy. Deed recorded February 12 1908 in Frederic County.
