Mrs Minnie McDaniel Receives $950 Settlement
The Clarke Circuit Court approved a compromise in the case of Mrs Minnie B McDaniel formerly Mrs Lupton against Cecil Huff for damages from the death of Carter Lupton. The settlement awards $950 to Mrs McDaniel with representation by Capt Frank M Wray and Kern and Kern. Huff owned the truck involved in the February 7 1939 fatal crash on Route 50 into Paris in which Lupton and Blanchfield were in the vehicle.
