Plans Shaped for Opening of New Home of Legion Post

Bone dry oath bill rejected by delegates in Virginia
In Richmond on January 24 the Virginia House rejected a motion to discharge a bone dry oath bill, voting 59 to 24 against stricter public officer oaths.
