The J Schoeneman Co a long established men s clothing maker opens a 50 000 square foot Winchester plant in the old Virginia Woolen Co building on Lane Street. Initial staff 25 with aim for 200 by June and managers named Joseph Eule and John Butcher. The facility will produce dress pants and tailored slacks for retailers with labels Schoeneman Kingsridge Coronado.

County Board Rejects Mall Plan for Courthouse Area
