Premier Chou En-lai arrived in Moscow for a three day layover en route to Poland and Hungary. Tass said he would visit Poland to meet Wladyslaw Gomulka and then travel to Budapest for talks with the Janos Kad ar government. Two Gunmen Rob Miami Beach Club

Local Girl Survives Snow Crash That Killed Sailor
A 14 year old girl from Winchester escaped a fatal Skyline Drive crash that claimed the life of William Edward Tompkins a 21 year old sailor from Bayhead New Jersey. Tompkins died after the car skidded overturned and plunged down the mountainside. The girl suffered a fractured ankle a broken collarbone and severe bruises but crawled to the highway where a passing motorist found her. She was hospitalized in Winchester in good condition.
