Utah man admits killing former Opera dancer Don Solovitch
Sheldon Clark of Manti Utah confessed to police that he inflicted fatal injuries on Don Solovitch a former Metropolitan Opera dancer and heir to a French estate. The victim was found beside a road near Gunnison with a fractured skull after a quarrel aboard a car. Clark said a hammer attack occurred during a fight and he dumped the body in a ditch. He carried more than $2000 in cash. victim identification came from newspaper clippings in the slain man’s pockets.
