Walter Comer of Frederick, a milk dealer, won $250 in damages from G. Frank Thomas of Frederick in a $75,000 alienation of affections and seduction suit in Montgomery County Circuit Court. Thomas admitted misconduct with Mrs. Comer ten years ago before her marriage and said he paid her $4,500. she testified she loved him despite her marriage.
