Woman 34 dies as kerchief tangles in wringer
A Frederick County mother of two, Maxine Lee Boyce, 34, died when a kerchief snagged in a washing machine wringer in a small rear room of Claude Donald’s grocery near her trailer home. Her husband found her under the machine. she died of strangulation. She was born January 14, 1925, and survived by husband James Calvin Boyce, two children, and two sisters. Funeral at Jones Funeral Home with interment Lamps Cemetery.
