The new First Baptist Church at Washington and Piccadilly streets in Winchester was formally dedicated yesterday. Rev. E. T. Clark led services with Dr. T Clagett Skinner delivering the dedicatory sermon. Attendance was estimated at 2300 with offerings exceeding 1000 dollars.
