He noticed the truck’s undercarriage on fire near the supply tank and, after using a fire extinguisher, drove the burning tanker down the driveway toward the Welltown Pike to prevent a larger blaze.

UN report notes Congolese soldiers looted property and molested women in Lisala while a Malayan UN officer was blocked from reaching the district commissioner.
