Truck Mishap Proves Fatal Near Stephens City Va
Alvin Whetzel sixty of Mt Jackson was killed when the overloaded truck he rode on overturned after a tire blew out one mile south of Stephens City. His son riding rear suffered a broken arm while his wife and another son escaped injury. The driver E B Clevenger of Winchester was unhurt. The injured boy was taken to Winchester Memorial hospital. The crash dumped the load over Whetzel and the truck was moving at a moderate speed.

Meyer Pleads Guilty and Held Without Bail in Slaying
