A gunman calling himself ready to die held Meridian Mortgage executive Richard Hall hostage in an Indianapolis apartment. Authorities offered immunity to Anthony G. Kiritsis, 44, while siege teams and an Army bomb squad watched as negotiations continued after more than 24 hours.
