Appeal Granted in Conrad Suit Before Supreme Court
Holmes Conrad Jr won permission from the Richmond Supreme Court of Appeals to appeal the estate dispute with executrix of Major Holmes Conrad. The final hearing is expected in June. The lower court held Mrs. Conrad had full disposal power over all property except the North Market street home, which was faced as a life estate.
