William E. Harloe Jr a World War veteran and son of the late W E Harloe and Sarah V Kelsoe Harloe died at 5 o clock this morning at Bluefield Sanatorium Bluefield West Virginia. He left Winchester three weeks ago with his brother Dr W W Harloe for observation then was transferred to Bluefield Hospital for an operation from which he did not rally. His death marks the fourth in the Harloe family in seven months. He was born in Hampshire County West Virginia on March 14 1891 and was in his 45th year.
