A 41 year old Stephens City resident Jennings Morris died in hospital from injuries after the December 18 crash at the intersection of old and new Route 50 near the Shenandoah River Bridge. Frank Duvall Christmas of Poolesville Maryland died instantly in the same collision. Morris suffered multiple fractures and internal injuries after the truck allegedly ran a stop sign.
