Glazed Pears with Ducklings and Apricot Sherry Sauce
Drain pears and reserve syrup, then make a glaze from pear syrup apricot preserves sherry butter lemon juice and dry mustard. Bake pears cut side up at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes basting with glaze. Serve hot with ducklings and garnish with watercress or parsley.
Holiday Rice Ring for Festive Ring Mold
Recipe uses honey glazed carrots Brussels sprouts and wild rice with bacon water chestnuts mushrooms and pimiento. Cook veg and rice per package, mix with remaining ingredients, mold in ring, and serve with center veg. Serves up to ten.
