Four Cuban officers aboard the Aracelio Iglesias freighter abandoned ship in Osaka and sought U S political asylum. They said Cuban ships were ordered to carry military equipment to North Vietnam and refused to participate. Christmas Road Toll Reaches New Record 707 Deaths
