Peter Yates Brinton 71 a Winchester resident died Saturday after weeks of illness aggravated by shock from a September automobile accident. He was interred in Schenectady with services at Kurtz funeral home and honors from family and friends. Brinton from a prominent Schenectady family held local posts including Schenectady Board of Assessors and city treasurer office. He was a Union College graduate and a Mason with Acca Shrine ties.
