Norfolk firemen vindicated in station sex case
Two Norfolk firemen, Dennis Winstead and John Garris Jr., were cleared of charges of paying a prostitute at a fire station. Deborah Merrick testified she was paid ten dollars per encounter and the trial board reinstated the men with back pay for 11 suspended days.
