Offensives Trigger Fighting in Cambodia and Vietnam
South Vietnamese offensives sparked clashes in Cambodia and Vietnam. In eastern Cambodia at the Chup rubber plantation, 61 North Vietnamese and Viet Cong and 11 South Vietnamese were killed, with 47 NVA killed by paratroopers and Rangers aided by U S air strikes.
