Leche and Two Others Indicted in Mail Fraud Case
Governor Richard W. Leche and two other individuals were charged with mail fraud in indictments announced in Federal District Court in Lake Charles Louisiana. Judge Ben Dawkins released Leches name while withholding the others as they have not been arrested. Leche remains on bond from prior indictments. The new indictments relate to a fund used to finance political campaigns for administration candidates across the state.
