The Legal Advisory Council of Winchester and Frederick county organizes the enrollment questionnaire for army registrants. The 1400 registrants will receive five percent mailings daily starting Saturday. The board will work Monday through Saturday in two shifts, with each registrant required to answer the questions when appearing before the council.
