Walter Acquitted In Frederick Court Robbery Case
After a short trial in the Frederick county Circuit Court a jury acquitted Carson L Walter in the robbery case of Bernard Pangle. Sam Pangle’s case was nolly prosecuted as Walter’s was stronger. Walter admitted taking the money $67 but said he found it on the ground and did not know it belonged to Bo Pangle. The money was later returned to the owners. The eight room brick dwelling sits on a 70 by 400 foot lot near Valley Pike Shawnee Inn. Purchase price believed around 25000 with Hockman taking immediate possession and planning repairs.
