A six year old girl was treated for bruises and abrasions after being struck by a car at about 1 p m at the corner of W Boscawen and Washington Streets. The driver Raymond Racey of Mt Falls Route 58 was not charged. Raceys wife Mrs Ola Racey sustained a cut knee when thrown against the dashboard as her husband tried to stop. The child Lucy White was treated by Dr Warren Gregory and released.
