Debbie Price, a James Wood student, won the NHS Beauty Contest with Diane Rogers as last year’s winner beside her. Sylvia Washington and Carol Wade were runners up. Bodil Anderson won the dress division with Vicki Giannini and Lou Ann Judy second and third. Elsie Hovermale directed 91 contestants for the NHS scholarship fund.
