Dr. C. R. Anderson announced he will run for re election as mayor in the Democratic primary on April 13. He urged that councilmen with terms expiring next year also seek re election to provide experienced leadership for the city’s proposed program and the $650000 bond money to be used for progress and public service.
About 600 spectators attended the American Legion post wrestling event inaugurating the Farmers Livestock Exchange arena as a site for sports.
