Washington Pennsylvania December report says William H. Poling 64 Romney West Virginia attorney collapsed at cemetery gates during his wife’s funeral on Tuesday and died from heart disease. Plane Crash Near Chicago Kills Eight

Federal charges were filed against Ted Pauly in a separate case involving a car raffle for a veterans post. Pauly is in custody in Virginia as authorities pursue further evidence.
