Heavy truck sought after fatal hit and run on Rt. 7
Fairfax County border area police pursue a heavy truck suspected in a fatal hit and run that killed Leo Gaston Harper of Herndon and Clarence Harper of Great Falls around 1:30 to 2 a.m. on westbound Rt. 7.
