Mrs Fannie Ford Kater widow of M A Kater died at her Winchester home near Handley High School at 10 last night in her seventieth year after a long illness. Born March 13 1859 she was a daughter of the late John T Ford and Henrietta Cromwell Ford of Frederick County. Survived by husband three children Teresa Pugh Andrew Kater and J McAllister Kater and siblings B J Ford Luther Cromwell Ford Mrs John A Baecher and Mrs G W Kelchner. Funeral Thursday at 10 from Sacred Heart Church with burial in the church cemetery.
