$15,000 stolen in Front Royal bank holdup
A lone gunman robbed the Farmers and Merchants National Bank branch in Front Royal at 10:20 a.m. escaping with about $15,000. No one was hurt. The suspect, white, 5'8\"-5'10\", 155-160 lbs, unshaven, wore dark sunglasses and a long coat. The bank has since merged with Citizens National Bank.
