90 Days in Jail for Bad Checks in Police Court
Edgar Charles Border of 102 Union St Bedford Pa was found guilty on four counts of bad checks totaling 32.50. Judge John Rice sentenced six months with 90 days to serve on one count and suspended 30 days on the other three counts.
