Petition certifies right to work amendment for Missouri ballot
Secretary of State James Kirkpatrick certified petitions from the Freedom to Work Committee to place a right to work constitutional amendment before Missouri voters. The petition drive surpassed the required signatures in eight of ten congressional districts, meeting the threshold to appear on the November 7 ballot.
