Three year old Robert Carroll Garber died after being run over by a delivery truck owned by his father’s Coca Cola Bottling Works enterprise. He suffered a crushed left foot and lockjaw, leading to amputation of a toe and eventual death, with funeral plans set for Shenandoah county St Luke's Church.
